We are a pet sitting service. Our main aim is to provide ‘The Red Carpet Treatment’ ‘Love & Care’ for your Furry Feather & Fin kids. We are not a cleaning service. We will not accept yards full of droppings, flea infested animals or areas that are flea infested, dirty and unclean to work in. We require all bowls to be scrubbed & clean on our first visit and kitty litters refreshed. This means we will be able to spend more quality time with your furry kids™.
Introduction Meeting
$10 fee for no obligations Meeting. (One time fee)
Love & Care is very important to us, so we recommend a minimum of a 20 minute comprehensive Introduction Meeting with the furry Kid Carer. It is an excellent opportunity for you and your furry kids™ , to get to know the intended Carer and gives us the opportunity to gain a full profile of all furry, Feather & Fin Kids who will be @ home, their customary diets, food regimes, exercise routines and most importantly their likes & dislikes. We will explain all our services, fees and terms & conditions.
(We will also check that all pets worming & needles are up to date and that they are not aggressive)
Pet Sitting
We understand that it is a very big decision to make the right choice for your loved furry, Feather and Fin Kids and for this reason we have jotted down some of the best reasons why pet sitting with us is an excellent alternative to kennel Boarding or relying on friends or family.
- All furry, Feather and Fin Kids get to stay together!!
- It will reduce stress for them to stay in a familiar environment, where their routines aren’t interrupted, and surroundings- sights, smells and sounds are what they are use too
- Added security for your home to have (dogs) stay @ home and us visiting every day
- Less expensive than Kennel boarding for more than 1 pet
- No inconvenience for you, of taking/collecting furry kids™ from often long distant kennels or catteries
- furrykids@home™ are fully insured, have been police checked and bound to You by contract to undertake the duties outlined in the contract
- Mum or Dad will receive emails or phone text messages of regular updates of how much fun the furry kids ™ are having!

Your much loved & spoilt furry kid has the opportunity to have a wonderful, caring, playful and gggreat holiday too! While you are on your Holiday or away for work……so Mummy’s & Daddy’s don’t have to feel guilty any more !!
This is NOT KENNELL ACCOMODATION. THIS IS HOME STAY with a loving family or Individual who have been screened by furrykids @ home™. They have been policed checked, fully insured for public liability and are bound to us and you by contract. They have enormous enthusiasm and experience with doggys and will treat your furry kid the way you do.
All properties are fully fenced and secure. All properties are kept clean and tidy; especially the yard and all furry kids ™ will sleep under cover away from wind and rain, may be invited to sleep inside & Woolly kids will always sleep inside. furry kids may stay from 1 over night stay – 3 / 4 weeks stay as a maximum time period.
Your furry kids™ will enjoy family life (even without you!) have fun in an open yard all day, have a wading pool in summer, dig pits, receive daily walkies and be able to sleep in their own bed , play with their own familiar toys and enjoy their own food (and time schedules) and treats.
Home Stay limits the chance of your furry kid catching any nasties that they may catch in a kennel. They wont fret for they will receive lots of one on one attention, cuddles & tickles, grooming and of course ‘Love & Care’. It is excellent for puppies, very mature doggys or doggys who require special needs and mediation. Parents will receive daily SMS or emails too!
Furry kid Carers decide on the size of doggy they are happy to accommodate:-
Small; small to medium; medium; medium to Large. There are no extra charges for larger doggys or ones that require special needs.
This is an extremely popular service and we do book out often so please book ahead of time so that we will be able to place your furry kid with the very best match.
We firstly meet with you & your furry kid & often the intended Carer as well, otherwise a follow up meeting with your Carer is scheduled too. You must bring to this meeting for the booking to be validated ( we don’t accept any furry kids™ not interviewed first) :-
- Your furry kids™ up to date C5 certificate ( your vet will provide you with a photocopy)
- A clean furry kid who clearly is on an up to date worming and de-flea program
- He or she must have a collar with ID
- Be de-sexed if over 6mths if male
- Show no signs of aggression and is happy to be touched
- Shows no signs of serious behavioural problems
- Details of your vet and details of an emergency contact
What to pack for your furry kids™ Holiday:
- A freshly washed furry kid who has no fleas and has been given a de-flea product …for the health & comfort of all family members
- All food for the holiday (wet food separated if requiring freezing)
- All treats ( or there is a $6 weekly fee)
- All bedding – blanket, basket, pillow
- Coat for cold weather
- Collar with ID, lead and halti/ harness
- Towel
- Favourite Toys
- Brush for grooming ( if required) and doggy cologne
- All Medication if required

Walkies
furry kids™ love to be social, sniff new smells & mark new territory! Every Walkies is a new adventure full of fun.
We offer this service 365 days a year – Sunshine or Rain! Though not in conditions where the furry kids or Carer may be harmed e.g. thunderstorms or Summer time Walkies between 11am – 2pm
We always carry Poo Bags, Fresh Water / Bowls and Red Rain Coats on Rainy Days!
We prefer to offer one on one service, though we will walk 2 furry kids™
Daily or regular walkies is excellent exercise, breaks up the day when Mum & Dad are at work / or away or not well enough. Walkies also may break or reduce naughty behavioural problems e.g. excessive barking, digging holes or escaping!
We do prefer to take your doggy on walkies though we will go to “Dogs unleashed parks” only when other doggys aren’t present for we don’t know how they will react to our furry kids™ we are caring for.
We aren’t “ Back Yard Walkers” , this is our Full Time Professional Business - We are responsible and reliable adults. Your treasured furry kids™ will be fully insured for public liability while in our care. Our walkers are very experienced in walking doggys and will always walk in uniform. We are police checked and are security conscious if we are required to enter your locked property.
Before walking your furry kids™ we require a meeting at your place to meet you and your furry kid/s to fill in a comprehensive form regarding your furry kids™ behaviour / rules / training when on walkies so that your furry kid will have a fantastic experience.

We believe all furry kids™ should have some time in their week to be ‘doggys’ ……
GRASS under their paws! Running freely with their ears flapping and tails wagging!! playing chasies in a well secured, fenced home- yard enjoying the outdoors having an awesome, playful, lick, sniffing, gggreat day and to go home to their parents very happy and very exhausted!!!
Doggy Day Care is a fabulous way your furry kid will have the opportunity to socialise with other ‘like minded’ SIMILAR SIZED furry kids in a small pack of 3-4 doggys they get to know really well each week for play time. They will gain in confidence and receive plenty of one on one time with their furry kid@ Play Carer for cuddles and tickles.
We have seen & heard wonderful results for indulging your favourite friend: breaking up the boredom of being at home alone every day; reducing barking, reduces escaping expeditions from their own home and certainly reduces separation anxiety.
Your furry kid also learns ‘doggy etiquette’ and other very pleasing mannerisms!
Furrykids @ Play is also excellent for puppy’s to learn skills and have ‘lunch time’ in a separate area and for furry kids recovering from injuries or who require medication during the day

Would you like your furry kid to be apart of the fun:
- Your furry kid needs to be old enough to have had his/her C5 12 weeks old
- Have monthly flea treatment and up to date worm treatment

- (If male) must be de-sexed after 6 months old.
- No female furry kids to visit when on heat
- Not an excessive barker or a citronella collar will have to be worn
- We prefer furry kids who don’t jump up
- Show no signs of aggression towards other furry kids
- Will be happy for Carers to touch them
