furrykids@home™ are seeking permanent “Home Based” “ Home Stay Homes“ throughout Brisbane .
What you have to Provide:- virtually NO SET UP EXPENCE!!
Your Own Property
- We require a fully fenced and well secure yard + secure gate/ entrance. Separate back yard is great.
- Grass area for chasies and a shady / covered area furry kid/s to play under on wet days
- A commitment to furry kids@Home™ to provide a Block of time –from one over night Stays to up to 3 /4 weeks ( your choice)
- Provide supervision either for 24 hours daily or up to 18 hours daily for the furry kids™ in their care. ( sleeping in/ out side) (Again your choice)
** please note that most of our home stay guests generally do sleep inside “ often with their parents”!! They are furry kids™ who are very much apart of somebody’s loving family and are very use to being spoilt and receiving lots of ‘Love & Care’ and often have special needs.
- You and Your family will Abide by our code of ethics and Health & Safety code for our furry kids™ . This would be bound by a signed contract.
- Provide supervision for your furry kid/s in your care, giving him/her lots of ‘Love & Care’, cuddles & Daily Walkies
- Furry kid arrivals would be from 8am – pick ups by 6pm
- Australian police Check you will have to provide
- Uniform – red T shirt – Brown pants/ skirt for when you are out on Walkies! Would be great!!
A Furry Kid Carer is :
- A person/ family who love fury kids especially doggys – you would be able to chose the size of furry kid you would like to supervise and entertain – sml under 5kgs; sml- sml-med 3-9kgs ; med – 9 – 15 kgs; med- large 15 kgs +
- Have a mature out look on life. This would be a fabulous role for “Stay at Home Mum’s” ; “active Retiree’s” ; Person with a disability who doesn’t feel comfortable in other working situations or a Family who would like their furry kid to have company from time to time, or a family who would dearly love a doggy however can’t commit the next 10-15 years….however part time would be gggreat!,
- A person/ family who is/are kind and gentle in temperament, honest and very reliable
- A person or family members who is/are patient, has/have a good energy level and loves to have fun!
- A person/ family who maintains a clean, tidy and secure yard/ property at all times “poo patrols” several times a day would be a must
Furrykids @ Home™ will Provide:
- Our Business name and trade mark Logos
- All Bookings – All bookings / enquiries will be booked through furrykids@home administration and all transactions
- Booking keeping – for Furrykids@Play work
- Advertising – you would be apart of all advertising campaigns
- All Equipment – Toys, wading pool, dig pits, drinking bowls, furry kid day beds, music, grooming tools, poo bags
- All Forms - Contracts, information forms, terms and Conditions, receipt books
- All Training & On Going support- All training by a certified ‘Work Place Trainer’, weekly support and back up and of course learning from all our trials & errors!
- Insurance and workers cover. We will also pay for you a badge with our logo.
- Attractive daily commissions for every furry kid in attendance
- Only One furry kid would be assigned to you for Homestay or two if from the same family.
- furrykids@home would keep in touch with you the whole time and would be responsible for communicating with mummy & daddy’s who were holidaying or away.

Next Step:
We will accept homes that already have pets. The next step would be for us to meet you at your home, to inspect your yard to insure it will meet our requirements and see the area you will accept furry kids™ to sleep.
Any works to your property that would be required to meet our standards would have to be paid by you and carried out before any bookings would be given to you.
If you already have a doggy we will test him/ her for temperament to ensure we will always place the very best ‘fit’ with your family and your pets. Your pets have to be socialised and not territorial.
At this stage we will then go through the paper work and commissions. We will not discuss details of our terms and conditions, commissioners or other personal details of our business over the phone or post or email any information. You will only receive this information in person at your property.
You will meet all furry kids™ who would visit your home for regular day care or home stay before committing to the furry kid/s. For home stay doggies we always prefer for them to experience a half day with you before the final commitment is made for both parties.
