Conditions of Service
The parties hereto agree as follows:
furrykids@home is a professional Business. As part of our professionalism and care, it is important for you to understand and accept the following conditions, costs, rates and services for the care of your pets and property.
- The client agrees to pay for any additional visits, all necessary vet visits, additional food and out -of-pocket expenses relating to services of pets or home, including additional time undertaken, any damage caused to a third party(either human or animal) and fines levied by council, police or other authorities pertaining to animal behaviour/regulations and the cost of retrieving any missing animal.
- furrykids@home agree to provide the services stated in this contract in a reliable and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, the client expressly waives and relinquishes any and all claims against furrykids@home unless arising from negligence on the part of furrykids@home
- The owner shall provide all food, medication and usual treatments required by furrykids@home for the performance of the service at the cost of the client.
- furrykids@home will provide a furrykids@home tag on the pet's collar with furrykids@Home contact details for the duration of the service.
- furrykids@home accept no responsibility for negligence of any kind to home or pets where entry to premises is given to a friend, relative or neighbour or any other party including real estate agents, cleaners and tradesmen.
- The client agrees to pay all locksmith call-out charges and repair costs in the event of a faulty lock or door which will not allow furrykids@home entry to premises to undertake there contracted work.
- The Client shall provide all keys, codes and/or cards required for furrykids@home to access the property and building which is there on necessary for furrykids@home to perform their service.
- If the estimated fee for the provision of the service is less than $100.00 the client shall pay the estimated fee prior to the commencement of the service.
- If the estimated fee for the provision of the service is greater than $100.00 the client shall pay a deposit of $50.00 and the balance within seven days from the last date of the service.
- The client agrees to pay furrykids@home for any “no show” charges where cancellation has not been advised for the care of any pet or dog walk within a reasonable time.
- It is understood that a Public Holiday and Long Weekend surcharge is levied at 25% of applicable daily fees.
- furrykids@home reserves the right to refuse to enter the client's property in the event that the pet is aggressive or dangerous in the sole opinion of furrykids@home or its staff.
- The client acknowledges receipt of current furrykids@home rates.
- furrykids@home service hours are from 6am – 7pm September to April and 7am – 6pm May to August and administration hours from 9am – 5pm
furrykids Parties Conditions
- The location provided for the party will be fully fenced and secure and furrykids@home will not be held responsible for any unsecured gates or fences opened
- The client agrees that a full inspection of the property and grounds of location of party for health & safety reasons will be made prior to accepting booking
- every Dog attending will have an owner or guardian present
- every dog attending party will be up to date with worming & flea control
- every dog attending party will be socialised and non-aggressive towards other animals and people
- any dog who displays aggression or misbehaves will have ‘time out’ from the rest of party or will be asked to leave
- furrykids@home will not be held responsible for any dogs who are injured or escape while on the property when party is in progress
- furrykids@home will not be held responsible for any damages occurred to property or any persons property who is attending party
- furrykids@home will not be held responsible for the supervision of any children or adults , their actions or injuries which may occur while attending party.
- It will be understood and agreed upon that each Fabulous furry Kid Pooch Party is for a 2 (two) hour period & and full payment will be made 5 (five)days prior to party commencement
- the client acknowledges receipt of current furrykids@home rates and agreed number of dogs who will attend party
- any party cancelled under 48 hours written notice will be non- refundable
